Website and delivery

The websites and the game files are delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). In the process, technically necessary connection data is processed, such as IP address, time, requested file and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. slazh.net uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

Game account

Slazh Online requires a game account. For this we process your email address, username and an encrypted password; when you sign in with Apple in the iOS app, Apple gives us an identifier and the email address you choose to share. The account and game data are stored with Supabase, Inc. (USA).

Game data and communication

To run the game we store save data (characters, progress, items), friend lists, private messages between players and trades. Positions and events in the shared game world are processed during play by our own game server. This data is kept for as long as the game account exists.

Local storage

The game stores settings (such as the language) and offline saves on your device or in your browser's storage (IndexedDB). This data does not leave your device unless you play online.

Processing abroad

Cloudflare and Supabase may process data in countries outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA. Disclosure is based on the safeguards provided by these providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about the personal data processed and to its correction, deletion or release. You may also object to the processing. Send requests, including requests to delete your game account, to [email protected]; to prevent abuse, proof of identity may be requested. Complaints can be lodged with the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when the game or the services it uses change. The version published here applies.
